Order Processing and Packaging:
- All orders are processed and packaged within 10-12 business days from the receipt of full payment, unless otherwise stated in your invoice. We make every effort to ensure efficient processing and quality control of each item.
Rush Orders:
- We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality embroidery products with attention to detail. To maintain our standards and provide the best service to all of our customers, we do not accept rush orders. All orders are processed in the order they are received, and our typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days, depending on the quantity and complexity of the items.
Notification of Delay:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances causing a delay in order processing, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly through the contact information provided during the purchase.
Customer Responsibility - Size and Color Selection:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct size and color are selected at the time of purchase. Review and confirm your choices before completing the order, as changes may not be possible once the order has entered processing.
- Upon receiving embroidered apparel, customers are advised to inspect the product thoroughly. Any defects or issues noticed upon receipt should be reported to us promptly.
Customer-Provided Apparel/Garments:
- We accept customer-provided apparel and garments. However, please be advised that all items will be inspected for any damage prior to any services. Items must be clean and free from defects.
- If we receive items with holes, stains, or other visible marks, we will take pictures and send them to you for approval before proceeding with any services. Please note that this may delay the processing time of your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for any items we believe to be in unacceptable condition or if the item is significantly important and may be at risk during the embroidery process.
- While we take great care with all customer-provided items, we will replace any garments that may be damaged during the embroidery process. Please be mindful when selecting items for embroidery. We cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage or for items that are deemed too fragile or valuable.
Apparel Quality:
- We source our apparel from reputable suppliers known for their quality and durability. Prior to embroidery, all apparel is inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Refund Policy:
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not accept refunds . Any defects or issues noticed upon receipt should be reported to info@twothreadsembroidery.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase for assistance.
Limitation of Liability:
- Two Threads Embroidery is not responsible for defects or damages that occur after the apparel has been worn and/or washed.
- Two Threads Embroidery shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, delays, or non-deliveries resulting from inaccurate customer information, delays in order processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Address Verification:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including the delivery address. Any errors or omissions may result in delivery delays or non-delivery. Please double-check and verify your shipping details during the checkout process.
